Mtre Ghislain Hamon specializes in the resolution of civil, commercial, real estate and inheritance disputes. Her practice is recognized for its rigor, pragmatism and ability to guide parties towards effective and sustainable solutions.

With 17 years of litigation practice, Mtre Hamon has developed a thorough understanding of the legal and strategic issues specific to conflicts. This experience now leads him to act as a mediator with a real knowledge of legal disputes. An accredited mediator, he has handled hundreds of cases, allowing him to guide the parties to a reasonable settlement that will end the dispute.

Mtre Natale Screnci has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2009. He practices in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in real estate law, labor law, corporate law, business law and municipal law. Mtre Screnci is co-author of the book entitled “The responsibility of the pre-purchase inspector” published by Éditions Yvon Blais in 2012. Mtre Screnci is also recognized as an ethics and deontology advisor in municipal matters by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Land Occupancy (MAMOT). Since 2024, he has been accredited by the Quebec Bar as a civil and commercial arbitrator.

Mtre Screnci regularly participates in interviews and podcasts on various legal topics, and collaborates with Éditions Yvon Blais for the drafting of commentaries on recent case law.

Mtre Sandra Haoui has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2019 and practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation. After practicing on her own for nearly five years, she is now putting this experience at the service of a practice focused on strategy, efficiency and the search for concrete solutions, both for individuals and businesses. A graduate of the University of Montreal, she also has a previous background in accounting, which she uses in cases involving financial, contractual or corporate issues.

She contributed to Entrepreneurship Ici's EICI Advantages Program, in order to offer free and tailor-made support to entrepreneurs from ethno-cultural diversity. She has also been involved in business mentoring at the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal and has led interactive workshops to introduce you to justice as part of Éducaloi's legal education activities. Finally, it contributes to the dissemination of legal information, in particular by updating content published on the Quebec Legal Network.
